This service is only available in French, Portuguese and Spanish, for cooperatives and SME in the territories where this Project takes place.<\/p>\n<p>The service is based on the collection of specific data of the company, on the analysis of the market and its competitors and on the elaboration of a model of personalized recommendations for each company, both in B2B and B2C strategies.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the technical consultancy-strategic advice service is to document the real possibilities of success in the development of different e-commerce strategies, both national and international, for the company analyzed and to propose a realistic execution strategy adapted to the specific internationalization strategy. of each company and its target markets.<\/p>\n<p>The process that has been defined is this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In order to access the service, it is necessary to participate in AGROSMARTglobal.
